All Levels Flow

Inspired and creative, this class will pull together a  variety of postures, linking them together in a fluid sequence aimed to cultivate balance, flexibility, strength and endurance. This is a physically challenging class with lots of movement usually set to upbeat music. All Levels Flow encourages a strong focus and calm mind all while toning, strengthening and stretching your whole body!

Ashtanga

 Ashtanga yoga is a liberating and flowing series of classic Yoga poses, linked one to another by connective movements and breath control. Special emphasis is on Ujjayi Pranayama, an ancient and powerful breathing technique, and on the muscular contractions Uddiyana Bandha (strengthening and cleansing the entire abdomen) and Mulabandha (strengthening and toning the pelvic floor). This practice is a self-care system designed to rejuvenate, strengthen and cleanse the entire body.

The lineage of Ashtanga yoga reaches back thousands of years to the Sanskrit yoga sutras of Patanjalai and is the root from which all modern vinyasa and flow yoga classes have grown. Easy Rise

Roll out of bed and into the studio for this gentle take on our Sunrise Flow. Come as you are and experience the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of an early morning practice. Open your body, unfold your breath and awaken your mind while setting the tone for your day.

Focus & Hold

Focus and Hold is a practice of awareness in which yogis are encouraged to mindfully explore their own edge through sweat, breath and concentration. Made up of a set sequence of Hatha Yoga Postures practiced in a hot room, this is a fun and rigorous way to detoxify while increasing flexibility and strength. With influences from Bikram Yoga and Power Yoga, this class is sure to challenge students of all levels while still creating a safe space for healing and growth. A moving meditation, Focus and Hold involves building mental and physical stamina and promotes complete body consciousness and control. A towel is suggested and coming to class hydrated is a must!

Hot Power Flow

Dive into a well-balanced flow, designed to disintegrate your modern-world obligations & pull you deep within the quiet center of your being for 60 mindful (and sweaty) minutes. Our Signature Flow & set sequence (previously “V1), is a class that you can come back to time and time again, to refine and build from where you last left off.

(FREE) Meditation

Break up your day with a refreshing and soothing 30 minute meditation. Now a led class, you will be gently guided away from your worries and into the depths of your own quiet center. Feed your soul on your lunch break, every Wednesday at 12:15pm. Comfortable clothes are recommended, but there is no need to change if you prefer to meditate in your work gear. Come as you are. Leave centered and prepared for the remainder of your day.

Mellow

Roll out of your Monday “blah”, and into a state of bliss. This is your chance to slow down, ease in and enjoy yoga at a relaxed pace. This gentle class gives plenty of time to explore your body’s full range of motion and dive into its deeper rhythms.

Mellow is a contemplative class that will quiet the mind, decompresses the body and help you absorb the many benefits of your practice.

Mind/Body Sculpt

Sculpt every muscle from the ground up. Expect a diverse, creative, dynamic class, carefully structured to work the mind, the body and the breath into synchronization. With or without free weights, this class is going to liven and strengthen your being.

Prenatal Yoga

Step into a positive and nurturing environment, reserved specifically for pregnant women.
  • Learn a variety of exercises to help you strengthen and increase endurance in muscles needed for childbirth.
  • Learn adapted poses that you can take to other yoga classes.

  • Connect with your baby & other mamas-to-be.

Strength Evolution

If you are looking to advance your yoga practice, this is the class for you! By attending on a regular basis you will increase strength, body awareness, and flexibility. You will develop a greater understanding of anatomy, and how to properly engage the body; making challenging poses more accessible. A combination of dynamic movement, isometric holds, active and deep stretching. Expect a challenging 45 minutes that will leave you feeling invigorated, relaxed, and confident in your body.

Strong Soul Flow

A strong, meditative flow. This class encourages a true and deep awareness of Heart and Soul, while fueling the intelligence of the mind/body connection. You can expect dynamic and playful sequencing for the physical body with poetic emphasis on the energetic body. This class is held in a loving and healing environment.

Sunrise Flow

Yin

Practitioners are led through a series of poses intended to release range of motion and energy held deep within the joint capsules of the body. Often focusing heavily in the root of our limitations, practitioners practice full control of their parasympathetic nervous system with patient, regulated breathing and deliberate relaxation. This class does not require any prior knowledge in Asana practice of any kind, but an open mind is encouraged as one may encounter rewarding physical challenges along the way.

Yoga Basics

This class is designed to help the practitioner understand and build a solid foundation to any yoga practice. It is great for beginners, those returning to practice after long break, and advanced practitioners who are interested in improving the principles of their practice. Learn breathing techniques, basic yoga postures and alignment. Breathe, Move, Meditate.

Zen

Calm the mind and body with Zen, a soothing restorative yoga class. This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Zen yoga requires no muscular exertion; each pose is held for several minutes and deeply supported by props – blankets, bolsters, and blocks. During the class, you will be guided to mindfully and consciously notice thoughts and sensations in your body. The goal of this practice is to have you leave feeling nourished, well rested and refreshed; with a new cultivated awareness and clarity. Guided Mindfulness Meditation is also incorporated throughout the class. No yoga or meditation experience is needed. Come as you are.
